Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using VocalBee (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. VocalBee is operated by VocalBee ("we", "our", "us").

Description of service

VocalBee is a mobile voice training application available on iOS and Android. It provides vocal exercises with real-time pitch tracking and feedback. The Service includes a free tier with limited features and a Premium subscription with full access.

Accounts

You may need to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and update it as needed. You must be at least 13 years of age to use VocalBee.

Subscriptions and payments

Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By subscribing, you agree to their respective payment terms. Key details:

• - Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period
• - Free trials convert to paid subscriptions automatically if not cancelled
• - Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their refund policies
• - We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice

Acceptable use

You agree not to: reverse engineer or decompile the app; use the Service for unlawful purposes; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit the Service without permission; or interfere with other users' use of the Service.

Intellectual property

All content, design, code, and features of VocalBee are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Service. You retain ownership of any custom exercises you create.

Disclaimer of warranties

VocalBee is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that exercises will produce specific vocal improvements. VocalBee is a practice tool, not a substitute for professional vocal coaching or medical advice. If you experience pain or discomfort while singing, stop immediately and consult a professional.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VocalBee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms, with or without notice. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends immediately.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
